Enthusiastic servants

Enthusiastic servants and leadership grabbers

Do we confuse personality with attitude?
Do we mistaken personality types for interpersonal rudeness?
Do we ever get offended based on our assumption or perception when the real problem is only in ourselves?
I've been noticing and trying to pay attention the last couple years as to what is really going on with people? Why do some people get mad at folks and others love them? Why do some people illicit distrust from authorities by their actions.

Enthusiastic servants
1.       Glow with energy. (any other emotion they feel)
2.       Are curious and like to try new or different things.
3.       Focus in on the good.
4.       Feel deeply.
a.       Crash when hurt
b.      Loyal to a fault almost
c.       Celebrate with others
5.       Miss the little things.
6.       Love what they do and do it 110%.
7.       A strong founded faith, see a higher purpose than themselves.
8.       Are often presumed to be power grabby
a.       Leadership, they do NOT want, is usually thrust on them because they are there and active
9.       Can worship well and often.
10.   Creative
11.   Honest, and do not understand dishonesty

Leadership wannabe’s
1.       Project energy and excitement
2.       Want the new things to be their things.
3.       Focus in on the details
4.       Calculate continually
5.       Make the little things bigger than they are (especially if it’s someone else's fault)
6.       Look like they are putting in 100%, but in reality, they talk a lot
7.       Focus on the “rules”, the ideals
8.       False humility
9.       Can worship and often
10.   Push for what gives them the most control.
11. Honest, but will leave out details to make themselves look better.

Let's all make sure out attitude and our personalities don't get confused. An attitude can change, a personality is really who someone is.
