Enthusiastic servants
Enthusiastic servants and leadership grabbers
Do we confuse personality with attitude?
Do we mistaken personality types for interpersonal rudeness?
Do we ever get offended based on our assumption or perception when the real problem is only in ourselves?
I've been noticing and trying to pay attention the last couple years as to what is really going on with people? Why do some people get mad at folks and others love them? Why do some people illicit distrust from authorities by their actions.
Enthusiastic servants
1.
Glow with energy. (any other emotion they feel)
2.
Are curious and like to try new or different
things.
3.
Focus in on the good.
4.
Feel deeply.
a.
Crash when hurt
b.
Loyal to a fault almost
c.
Celebrate with others
5.
Miss the little things.
6.
Love what they do and do it 110%.
7.
A strong founded faith, see a higher purpose
than themselves.
8.
Are often presumed to be power grabby

Leadership, they do NOT want, is usually thrust on them because they are there and active

Can worship well and often.

Creative
Leadership wannabe’s

Project energy and excitement

Want the new things to be their things.

Calculate continually

Make the little things bigger than they are
(especially if it’s someone else's fault)

Look like they are putting in 100%, but in reality, they talk a lot

Let's all make sure out attitude and our personalities don't get confused. An attitude can change, a personality is really who someone is.
